We’ve worked on improving the lives of hundreds young and talented culinary students through direct practice.
Young and talented culinary students from different backgrounds have a significant impact on the development of the food industry. It is unfortunate that some students are financially disadvantaged to pursue formal education for any number of reasons. Yono’s Foundation is committed to perpetuating a scholarship fund to sponsor these students in both Indonesia and the USA who show promise and talent in the culinary arts
What We do
We provides financial assistant to culinary students at Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Hotel School in Bandung in Purnomo’s native Indonesia as well as at Schenectady County Community College and SUNY-Cobleskill.
We Find & Fund
We are looking for opportunities to help as many students as possible. Our objective is to sponsor disadvantaged students in Indonesia and the USA who show promise and talent in the culinary arts.
We Provide Mentorship
Students will have access to practical advice and support from the Foundation’s Alumni and senior professionals to help them get off to a good start.
We Employ
We run and partnering with organizations where we employ youngsters so they can start their careers off on the right foot.
